-Are you in need of a unique piece for special occasions? Have you seen a design that catches your eyes and love to have something similar? Or you simply want to change the color of the brocade?

Business Days

-Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends

-Please therefore do not count Saturday, Sunday or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.

Care Instruction

-Our accessories are not waterproof, especially brocade parts. Please remove them before getting into the shower, hot tub, swimming pool etc.

-Keep each piece separately or in its original package so that they won’t be tangled up together.

-With long brocade (Tua rua), please comb them slightly before wearing it.

-TheMay products were created with the aim of enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of their users. In cases they fail to meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact us before leaving any negative feedback. We will try our best to solve your problem.

Exchange and make changes policy

-In order to create the most pleasurable/comfortable/best shopping experience, theMay will apply the exchange policy in the following terms:

-In cases of limited pieces, the received product may not be 100% similar to the sample because the used materials might not be in demand thus, out of stock at the time of your order.

-If there are defects on the items, you may exchange or return them within 2 days from the time of receiving the goods. After we accept your complaints and agree to the exchange, please return the defective pieces along with the commercial invoice to us with paid shipping cost. When we have the bill for the  shipping, theMay will conduct the shipment of the new items and pay their shipping cost. Exchanged or returned items should be in their original condition with stamp, tag, clean and free from any further defects.  We will not make the exchange for  inappropriate reasons and will not refund in any cases.

-In the situation where the items were not in your delivered package theMay will immediately send you pieces with free/paid shipping cost after receiving your complaints.

Packaging and gifts

– theMay accessories will arrive well-wrapped in a environmental friendly paper box, ready for you to give away or to unwrap it yourself.

– If you want theMay to add a little note on the packaging, please let us know and we will gladly do so without any additional charge.

Order Instructions

-You can buy products which are available from theMay’s Collections or request for your own design/ modification of existing pieces based on handy pieces.


-In cases of limited pieces, the
received product may not be 100% similar to the sample because there might have been inadequate demand for the used materials to be restock. .


-You can order through our hotline, Facebook, Instagram or Website. Pieces will be sold at original price, shipping cost not included.

-When ordering online, please send us a message directly instead of  commenting below images and posts so that theMay will not unfortunately miss any orders.
-If you wish to reserve pieces/ a piece, please credit transfer first. To the customers who promise to transfer, theMay will not be responsible for keeping goods beyond 12 hours from the time of your request.

(Customers who fail to transfer within 12 hours after making a reservation/reserving the items might be at risk of losing the requested items.) 

Payment Instruction:

After successfully order, you can make the payment in the following ways:

-Pay upon delivery, free shipping cost for customers living in Ho Chi Minh city.

– Credit transfer with customers from outside of Ho Chi Minh  to the following account

  • Delivery Method:

-National and international Delivery:

· Direct delivery, free shipping cost with customers in Ho Chi Minh area.

· Delivery through post office with customers in other areas in Vietnam. Products will be shipped at least 1 day after the payment is confirmed.            Customers will pay upon delivery. Free shipping cost for customers who buy more than 3 pieces.

· International delivery is also available. Detailed information please consult/see our website at themay.vn

– Customers in Ho Chi Minh City area will be able to check the goods before payment, customers who are in other provinces or cities are NOT allowed to.

-In case of the shipper can’t contact the receiver at given address, or the first shipment is not successful, the product will be kept at stock of shippers and will be sent out for delivery again the next day. After 3 unsuccessful deliveries, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

-In the event of the customers filled the wrong delivery information, please pay for additional shipping cost arising from the mistake when receiving goods.

-In case you request your own design/ modifications based on samples, it would take 7-10 days before your order can be shipped
